  Any support request for a site without an active SLA (Support Level Agreement) is subject to a incident fee, additional to any technician's or engineer's time incurred.

To see the status of an incident or problem you submitted via¶

• Email: please log in with the user and password provided in the email you received in reply (your account needs to be activated - please reach out to us for that with a separate email or call);
• Phone: please register in the top right hand corner. Support has to activate your account once you have done that.
• Other means: Please wait for the carrier pigeon to return. Check your local pigeon loft regularily and do not forget to feed them.
